STUDYING THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF OUT-BALANCE OXIDE AND MIXED COPPER ORES

  • 1. Navoi State Mining and Technological University

Description

Today, a high level of development of engineering and technology leads to an increase in the need for the consumption of metals. The continuous growth in the production of heavy non-ferrous metals has led to an increase in the consumption of industrial waste, which is considered not only as a source of additional production of metals but also as a factor in reducing their prices. finished product. In the coming years, Olmaliq KMK plans to increase the volume of copper production by 1.5-2 times, as a result of which the amount of industrial waste (slag, gases, dust, sludge, washing solutions, wastewater, etc.) will also increase their processing, and this requires a special technological approach. The technologies used in this process lead to high irretrievable losses of metal with the release of waste, slag, environmentally harmful gases and dust into the atmosphere. This article presents thoughts and opinions on the study of technology for processing off-balance oxidized and mixed copper ores.
