AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBILITY COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER OF EDUCATIONAL SCIENCE

The article explored the forms of flexibility competence awareness and ability to use a number of methods to critically assess one's own work experience, professional, personal qualities. By researching whether an educator can give a subjective assessment of himself and his activities, design his own personality and professional activities, the main goals for the development of professional competence of teachers were set.
