This paper explores the optimization of epitaxial silicon p-n junctions to improve thermal energy conversion efficiency, focusing on material properties, device structure, and fabrication techniques. We analyze different doping profiles, the role of interface quality, and thermal transport mechanisms in silicon-based p-n junctions. In addition, this study discusses challenges and opportunities in improving thermoelectric efficiency through design and manufacturing process improvements. The findings show that optimization of junction interfaces and careful control of doping concentrations can significantly improve energy conversion efficiency in silicon-based thermoelectric devices.
F. Historically established relations between Great Britain and the Gulf States significantly impact the political, economic and military aspects of the interaction between these regions. The article examines the key stages and directions of British policy in the region, from the colonial period to the present day, focusing on the strategic interests of Great Britain, including security issues, energy resources and trade. It also analyzes the factors that make the Persian Gulf region attractive to Western countries, especially Great Britain. The region has long attracted attention due to its rich hydrocarbon reserves and strategic geographical location. Britain's geopolitical and geoeconomic interests in the Persian Gulf play a key role in its policy in the Middle East. It is important to note that many countries in the region were previously part of the British Empire. After losing control in the mid-20th century, Great Britain was forced to reconsider its relations with the Gulf States. The UK's perception of the Persian Gulf as a strategically important part of the Middle East has prompted it to develop a unified geopolitical strategy for the entire region. Although the United States plays a leading role in the region, the UK acts within its national interests, seeking to maintain its influence on the world stage. The Gulf states have demonstrated a tendency to strengthen cooperation with Western countries, offering unique opportunities to strengthen their positions in the Middle East. In this context, the UK and the US have developed a consistent strategy to strengthen their influence in the region.
Xusan Mirzabekov Copyright (c) 2024 Xusan Mirzabekov https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 http://ijournal.uz/index.php/jartes/article/view/1484 Mon, 14 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000 TRANSITION TO GREEN DEVELOPMENT AND GREEN ECONOMY IN UZBEKISTAN: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS http://ijournal.uz/index.php/jartes/article/view/1485
This article reflects the strategy for the transition of our country to a «green» economy for 2019-2030, increasing the effectiveness of reforms aimed at transitioning the Republic of Uzbekistan to a «green» economy by 2030, as well as existing problems and obstacles in this regard, as well as their solutions.
Kamila Mirzaakbarova Copyright (c) 2024 Kamila Mirzaakbarova https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 http://ijournal.uz/index.php/jartes/article/view/1485 Mon, 14 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000 NEW REFORMS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL ECONOMY – THE PATH TO NEW PROGRESS http://ijournal.uz/index.php/jartes/article/view/1486
The development of the national economy is one of the most important priorities of the economic reforms carried out in Uzbekistan.

This article reflects the reforms implemented within the framework of the Action Strategy in the five priority areas of development of our country in 2017-2021, as well as measures within the Development Strategy to develop the real sector of the national economy as a priority for 2022-2026.
Kamila Mirzaakbarova Copyright (c) 2024 Kamila Mirzaakbarova https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 http://ijournal.uz/index.php/jartes/article/view/1486 Mon, 14 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000
