ПОДХОД К СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЮ МЕТОДОЛОГИИ БИЗНЕС-ПЛАНИРОВАНИЯ НА ПРИМЕРЕ МЕБЕЛЬНОЙ КОМПАНИИ

В статье рассматривается рыночные принципы, предприятия обладающие значительной степенью правовой и экономической независимости. Это требует от них особенно тщательного подхода к управлению производством. Успех в этом деле больше всего зависит от того, насколько хорошо обеспечены отделы и службы информацией и квалифицированными сотрудниками. Сегодня многие управленческие решения принимаются на интуитивном уровне и не всегда подкрепляются нужными расчетами. Планирование зачастую отходит на второй план, уступая место текущим задачам. Формат и скорость представления информации часто не позволяют использовать её эффективно для управленческих нужд. В этих условиях одним из путей решения проблем может стать улучшение системы бизнес-планирования. Хорошо налаженное планирование экономической деятельности позволяет чётко видеть цели и анализировать различные пути их достижения, выбирая наиболее оптимальные решения на основе таких критериев, как рентабельность, денежные поступления и структура баланса.
