About the Journal
Journal of Uzbekistan’s Development and Research (JUDR) is a peer-reviewed scholarly online journal designed for local scientists and researchers from Uzbekistan. Submissions are accepted in four languages: Uzbek, Karakalpak, Russian, and English. Students and early-career researchers are also welcome to publish their work in the JUDR.
The journal welcomes original research papers on various topics related to Uzbekistan's development and research across multiple domains, including theoretical works, literature reviews, research reports, social issues, psychological issues, curricula, learning environments, book reviews, and review articles. All submissions should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.
Editors and reviewers invest significant time in the review process. Therefore, submissions cannot be withdrawn without the approval of the editorial office during the review, revision, production, or publication process.
The submission process begins with an initial review by the editorial team, which is completed within one week. If the submission passes the initial review, a blind review process is conducted and takes approximately two weeks. While using the JUDR template is not mandatory for articles under review, it is recommended for accepted papers.
