This article examines the integration and application of electronic health databases and telemedicine systems in modern healthcare, focusing on their role in improving diagnosis, treatment, and overall healthcare efficiency. Key points include the theoretical foundations and technological aspects of electronic medical databases, their use in data analysis, and strategies to enhance their effectiveness. Additionally, the development of telemedicine technologies, their potential in remote healthcare delivery, and challenges in implementation are analyzed. Examples from Uzbekistan and global practices illustrate the transformative impact of these technologies on healthcare services.
