It highlights the role of digital platforms in creating cross-border freelance opportunities, and analyzes trends in key sectors such as technology, design, and the creative industries. It also examines how freelancing is transforming traditional employment structures, influencing workforce dynamics, and challenging existing labor regulations. By addressing the opportunities and challenges associated with freelancing, this study provides insights into the future of work in a rapidly evolving global economy.
