Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of psychological aspects of teaching elementary school students to work collectively. The term "collective" comes from the Latin "collectives" collective. Group work, having been known for a long time, still bears the features of innovative learning: independent “acquisition” of knowledge by students as a result of organizing search activities, subject-subject relations of participants in joint activities, creating a situation of success for the student, activity, interest, learning motivation, teacher cooperation..
