Abstract

This article examines the critical concepts of labor force, employment, and unemployment, providing a comprehensive understanding of their significance in contemporary economies. It examines factors that influence labor market dynamics, such as economic policy, technological change, and globalization, and examines the types and consequences of unemployment. Practical recommendations are offered to improve labor force participation, enhance job creation, and reduce unemployment through targeted policies and strategies.
