USE OF DULOXETINE IN CHRONIC PAIN SYNDROME
Keywords:

Chronic pain represents a significant challenge in clinical medicine, leading to substantial physical, emotional, and social burdens. Duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), has emerged as an effective pharmacological option for managing conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis. This study aims to explore the pharmacological mechanisms, efficacy, and safety of duloxetine in chronic pain management.
