IMPORTANCE OF STENTING METHODS IN MODERN MEDICINE

Stenting is a modern, minimally invasive operation performed on vessels with atherosclerotic changes, aimed at restoring the patency of vessels, most often the coronary artery.
In the article, the authors highlighted the process of balloon angioplasty, i.e. stenting, performed in patients with coronary heart disease.
