TEACHER CREATIVITY SKILLS IN IMPROVING TECHNOLOGY TEACHING

This article examines the development of teachers' creativity in improving the teaching of technology subjects and its impact on educational effectiveness. Creativity enables teachers to implement innovative approaches and foster students' active and curious learning. The study highlights the role of interactive methods, project-based activities, and problem-based learning in enhancing teachers' creative skills. The findings indicate that fostering creativity improves the quality of technology education, strengthens students' independent thinking, and enhances their problem-solving abilities.
