The activities of any manager (leader) are associated with the development and implementation of a solution within the scope of performing official tasks in the organization. Management decisions (BQ) are related to the performance of management functions. The term" management decisions " is used in two main meanings - as a process and as a phenomenon. As a BQ process, it is the implementation of eight main tasks: preparation of information - processing external and internal information, identifying and shaping the problem, collecting and analyzing information about the problem. Development of options-there may be ineffective, optimal (allowing to solve the problem) and optimal options for solving problems. Consonant variants-can be internal and external.
