Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiy rivojlanishi va uning hududlaridagi ishsizlik ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Iqtisodiy o‘sish darajasi, investitsiyalar, sanoat rivojlanishi va infratuzilma kabi omillarning bandlikka ta’siri o‘rganilib, ishsizlik darajasiga ta’sir qiluvchi muhim omillar aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, iqtisodiy rivojlanish va ishsizlik darajasi o‘rtasida teskari bog‘liqlik mavjud bo‘lib, iqtisodiy faollik oshgan sari ishsizlik kamayadi. Shu bilan birga, hududiy tafovutlar va mehnat bozorining o‘ziga xos jihatlari ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada ishsizlik darajasini kamaytirish bo‘yicha samarali strategiyalar va siyosat choralari taklif etiladi.
