Abstract

Mazkur maqolada spirt mahsulotining sanoatdagi o‘rni, uning olinishi, ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari, tarixiy taraqqiyoti, xom ashyo manbalari, zamonaviy texnologik yondashuvlar, hamda O‘zbekiston va xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, spirtli mahsulotlarni tayyorlashda yuzaga keladigan asosiy muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari haqida so‘z yuritiladi.
