Mazkur maqolada kartoshka (Solanum tuberosum L.) bargining kimyoviy tarkibi va unda mavjud asosiy biologik faol moddalarning tahlili keltirilgan. Fenolik birikmalar, flavonoidlar, vitaminlar va mineral moddalarning tarkibiy o‘ziga xosliklari o‘rganildi. Natijalar kartoshka bargining antioksidant va terapevtik potensialini asoslash imkonini berdi.
