Ushbu maqolada polifenollarning kimyoviy tuzilishi, biologik xususiyatlari va tasnifi tahlil qilingan. Polifenollar tabiiy antioksidantlar sifatida organizmga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatib, yurak-qon tomir tizimi, neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar va saratonning oldini olishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shuningdek, maqolada ularning asosiy turlari, biofaolligi va manbalari haqida ham ma’lumotlar berilgan.
