EFFECT OF TAUTSIN DRUG ON REGENERATION OF HEPATOCYTES IN PARACETAMOL ACUTE TOXIC POISONING MODEL

Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a non-narcotic analgesic and antipyretic drug (Paracetamol, Calpol, Efferalgan, Panadol, Tylenol), as well as (Coldrex, Solpadeine, Panadeine, Panadol-Extra, Panadol Extra Solubil, Coldrex Flu Plus, Saridon, Andrew, Cirepar, Sedalgin-like Neo, Myolgin, Citramon P). It is widely used as a pain reliever and antipyretic drug in more than 50 combination drugs worldwide. Cases of paracetamol poisoning occur when the daily dose of drugs containing this substance is exceeded. Doses of 500-1000 mg 3 times a day begin to show side effects, although few in number. In the 1960s, it became clear that paracetamol in high doses can cause hepatotoxicity, which can even lead to death. It has been officially confirmed that a dose of paracetamol exceeding 150 mg/kg seriously damages liver tissue and is one of the causes of acute liver failure. The article, through comparative analysis in experiments, substantiates the possibility of combining taurine and zinc to eliminate toxic damage to hepatocytes in a model of toxic hepatitis with paracetamol.
