Relevance of the research topic. The modern world is going through a difficult period of radical transformations, ambiguous in their consequences, affecting the foundations of economic systems at various levels, manifested in a decrease in their systemic stability and accompanied by crisis phenomena. Crises that became more frequent at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries are a vivid example of this: first of all, the transformational crisis.
