Abstract

This article examines the influence of artificial intelligence on human resource management within a market economy. The goal is to investigate contemporary trends in how AI is transforming HR management systems. The study reveals that AI offers both benefits and risks, prompting the need for modern economies to be prepared for digitalization challenges. This includes the ability to swiftly adapt by leveraging human creativity and enhancing the education sector and labor market. The successful deployment of AI depends on the clear definition of tasks; otherwise, it may fail to meet its objectives in uncertain conditions.
