Abstract

This article examines the crucial role of psychological resilience in military education and explores strategies for its effective development through training programs. Psychological resilience is the capacity to cope with, recover from, and adapt to stress and adversity, which is essential for military personnel facing high-stress environments and challenging operational demands. The study analyzes various methods employed in military training to enhance resilience, including stress inoculation training, mindfulness practices, and peer support systems. By integrating these strategies into the curriculum, military education can better prepare service members to handle the psychological demands of their duties. The findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to training that includes both physical and psychological components, ultimately leading to improved performance, well-being, and mission success.
