Abstract

This article examines the technical safety rules for moving the ball on tiptoes, commonly known as juggling, in football practice. Juggling is a crucial skill that enhances ball control, balance, and coordination. The study focuses on the biomechanical aspects of juggling, injury prevention, and effective training techniques to optimize performance while minimizing risks. By implementing proper safety measures and training protocols, players can develop their juggling skills safely and effectively.
