Abstract

In the process of expressing condolences in English and Uzbek, the use of formal and informal methods was studied on the basis of the article on the basis of the comparative method. Information was also provided on what methods to use when sending a condolence message. Examples were also given based on the order of use of abbreviations, short form of words, superlatives in expressing condolences.
