Abstract

Vitamins are essential for the organism of living beings, physiologically important, and important for the structure of the enzyme system. Their absence leads to diseases or death. They have an intense activity in the human body, the process in the cell, even in small quantities. Many of them are complex organic substances in terms of chemical structure. They are found mainly in various plants, watery fruits, food products, and vegetables. Each performs a certain function in terms of its physicochemical structure and pharmacological properties, and in this respect differs from the other. Therefore, they cannot press each other to the spine. Many of them, as coenzymes, are directly involved in important biochemical reactions.

Some play an important role in the passage of nerve impulses, in the occurrence of an act of vision, and in other physiological processes. Vitamins necessary for the body are mainly absorbed by various food products, more often with various greens and fruits and vegetables. Some of them (B6B12, pantothenate and folic acid) are also produced by the intestinal microflora, but these are not enough for the body.
