Abstract

Makkajo‘xori yog'idan biodizel ishlab chiqarish jarayonini optimallashtirish uchun markaziy kompozit dizaynga asoslangan javob yuzasi metodologiyasi (RSM) ishlatilgan. Jarayon o'zgaruvchilari, harorat va katalizator kontsentratsiyasi biodizel hosildorligiga sezilarli ta'sir ko'rsatishi aniqlandi. Yuqori makkajo'xori moyi metil esteri hosildorligi (99,48%) uchun RSM orqali olingan optimal kombinatsiya reaktsiya haroratida 1,18% og'irlikdagi katalizator konsentratsiyasi ekanligi aniqlandi 55.6 C. Biodizel qancha vaqt xavfsiz saqlanishi mumkinligini aniqlash uchun biodizelning bunday oksidlanishga qarshi barqarorligini o'lchash maqsadga muvofiqdir. Saqlash vaqti va kislorod mavjudligi oksidlanish beqarorligiga ta'sir qiluvchi mumkin bo'lgan omillar sifatida ko'rib chiqildi. Makkajo'xori yog'idan olingan biodizel 30 oy davomida saqlangan va namunalarning fizik-kimyoviy ko'rsatkichlari ma'lum vaqt oralig'ida o'lchangan. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, kislota qiymati (AV), peroksid qiymati (PV) va yopishqoqlik (v) ortdi, yod qiymati esa (IV) pasaydi. Namuna oddiy kislorod atmosferasida saqlanganida, bu parametrlar juda sezilarli darajada o'zgardi. Biroq, argon atmosferasida saqlangan biodizel namunasining, AV va IV ko'rsatkichlari Yevropa spetsifikatsiyalari (EN 14214) chegarasida edi.
