Abstract

In this article, we will briefly get acquainted with the composition of chocolate products, which are loved by many people, and their positive and negative effects on the human body.

Since the appearance of chocolate, the number of people who enjoy it is increasing year by year, but sometimes, without knowing their composition, consuming more than the norm, not consuming quality products, sometimes health is affected. we can cause harm to us.
