Abstract

Ureaza - uzoq vaqt davomida o'rganilgan ferment. Uning tuzilishi, sintezi va biokimyoviy faolligi ma'lum. Ureazaning inson to'qimalariga toksik ta'siri bo'yicha ko'plab tadqiqotlar mavjud. Biroq, uning uzoq davom etadigan otoimmün kasalliklardagi roli hali ham bahsli. Shunga qaramay, bakterial ureazalar va inson oqsillari o'rtasida molekulyar taqlid mavjudligi taklif qilingan. Ushbu ferment antikorlar sintezini rag'batlantirishi isbotlangan, ammo ureaza oqsilidagi epitoplarni aniqlash qiyin va yakuniy bo'lmasligi mumkin. Shuning uchun sintetik peptidlarni qo'llash bo'yicha tadqiqotlar yuqumli agentlar oqsillarida epitoplarni xaritalashda, shuningdek, epitoplarda joylashgan aminokislotalarni aniqlashda juda foydali bo'lishi mumkin, ular insonning gumoral reaktsiyasi uchun zarurdir .
