Abstract

Ushbu maqola orqali biotexnologik usul yordamida mikroorganizmlar ishtirokida organizm uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan lipaza fermentini olish texnologiyasi hamda uning  ishlatilish sohalari xususida ma’lumot berib o’tilgan.
