Abstract

This article investigates the enhancement of energy efficiency in the TGMP-114S steam boiler through the utilization of oil-water mixed emulsion as a combustion fuel. The study explores the combustion characteristics, thermal performance, and emissions profile of the boiler when operated with the emulsified fuel. Experimental results demonstrate notable improvements in energy efficiency, highlighting the potential of oil-water emulsion as a sustainable solution for optimizing boiler performance. The findings contribute to the advancement of energy-efficient technologies in steam boiler applications, with implications for reducing fuel consumption and environmental impact.
