Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari boshqaruvining samaradorligini oshirish uchun zamonaviy yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim jarayonining sifatini oshirish va menejment tizimini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilg‘or tajribalar o‘rganilib, innovatsion texnologiyalar, raqamli transformatsiya va strategik boshqaruv usullarining ahamiyati yoritiladi. Shuningdek, pedagogik kadrlarni tayyorlash, ularning malakasini oshirish va samarali boshqaruv modelini joriy etish yo‘nalishlari muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarining faoliyatini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
