Bugungi kunda davlat ta'limga alohida e'tibor qaratmoqda, barcha maktabgacha tarbiyachilarning o'z ustida ishlashi, ilmiy izlanishlar olib borishi va o'quv jarayonini zamon talablari darajasida, ilmiy asosda tashkil etishi, shuningdek, yosh mutaxassislarni ta'limga jalb qilishi uchun zarur shart-sharoitlarni yaratmoqda. Bu o'z navbatida maktabgacha ta'lim rahbarlari uchun yangi muammolarni keltirib chiqaradi. Ma'lumki, inson doimo o'sib boradi va rivojlanadi, shuning uchun ham barcha pedagogik jamoalar rahbarlari inson rivojlanishiga ta'sir etuvchi omillarning ilmiy-nazariy mohiyatini to'g'ri tushunishlari kerak. Ushbu maqolada, malaka oshirish jarayonida maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotchilarining kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirish haqida fikr va mulohazalar yuritiladi.
